I tend to picture Cecil as being quite ordinary looking, although maybe a third eye pops up when he's looking for news to report. Often you have to wonder where on earth he gets some of that stuff from. Anyway, here's my interpretation.

((If you don't know what Night Vale is, I'd recommend it, but be warned that it is beyond weird.))
